| On entend par région inhospitalière toute région où, à cause du relief, de la
végétation, des conditions climatique ou de l'insuffisance de l'habitat, tout
atterrissage forcé ou tout accident d'aviation, entraîne une ou plusieurs des
conséquences suivantes : | | An inhospitable region is all region where, because of relief,
vegetation, climatic conditions or insufficiency of habitation, all forced
landing or all aircraft accident, can induce to the one or to several following
results: |

| - | aggravation des risques pour les occupants de l'aéronef par suite du manque de

aircraft must be equipped, when they operate flight over an inhospitable region

| Les matériels composant ces équipements spéciaux devront être d'un type agréé
