CEMAC, toutes les marchandises importées/exportées doivent être reprise sur un manifeste qui doit être remis au Services des
Douanes dès l’arrivée/départ de l’appareil. | | In accordance with Articles 106 to 109 of the Customs Code of

| Un exemplaire de chaque déclaration d’exploitation doit être joint au
manifeste, ainsi que les LTA et les factures ou autres documents d’expédition. | | A copy of each operating declaration must be attached to the

| Afin de faciliter le transit, les simplifications suivantes sont

| -Si, à l'arrivée de l'aéronef transportant la cargaison, l'aéronef pour
lequel la cargaison sera transbordée est sur le point de décoller, cette cargaison peut être transférée directement d'un bord à l'autre
sous le contrôle du service des douanes. le premier déchargement de l’appareil se fera sur la base du manifeste d’arrivée et le
chargement sur le second aéronef sur la base de son manifeste de sortie. | | -If, at the arrival of the aircraft carrying the cargo, the aircraft
for which the cargo will be transhipped is about to take off, that cargo may be transferred directly from one side to the other
under the control of the service customs. the first unloading of the aircraft will be based on the arrival manifest and the loading
