| Afin d’améliorer les services de la circulation aérienne fournis aux usagers de l’air dans la région de contrôle supérieure (UTA) et la région de contrôle terminale (TMA) et le Secteur d’information de vol (FIS) d’ABIDJAN, l’ASECNA a mis en œuvre l’ADS-C et les systèmes de surveillance ATS suivants : | In order to improve the air traffic services provided to air users in the upper control area (UTA) , the terminal control area (TMA) and the Flight Information sector (FIS) of Abidjan, ASECNA has implemented ADS-C and the following ATS surveillance systems: | |||||||
| - Un radar secondaire de surveillance (SSR) situé sur l’aéroport Félix Houphouët Boigny d’Abidjan ; | - A secondary surveillance radar (SSR) located at Félix Houphouët Boigny airport in Abidjan; | |||||||
| - Et l’ADS-B par satellite. | - And ADS-B via satellite. | |||||||

Les services de surveillance ATS seront rendus dans la TMA, l’UTA et le
FIS d’Abidjan. Ils débuteront dès l’entrée de l’aéronef dans les limites de la couverture
des systèmes de surveillance ATS et s’achèveront sur un repère spécifié à partir duquel
l’aéronef suivra les trajectoires d’approche publiées.
Le guidage ne sera assuré que dans l’UTA et la TMA d’Abidjan sous couverture VHF. |
ATS surveillance services will be provided within the TMA, UTA
and FIS of Abidjan. They will begin as soon as the aircraft enters the limits of the
coverage of the ATS surveillance systems and will end at a specified fix from which the
aircraft will follow the published approach paths.
Guidance will only be provided in the UTA and the TMA of Abidjan under VHF Coverage. | |||||||
