| Les
marchandises sont déchargées sur autorisation du service et, après dénombrement des colis
par le préposé visiteur, acheminées vers le magasin-cale d'Air Afrique. Les colis
séjournent dans ce magasin tant qu'ils n'ont pas reçu leur destination définitive : mise à
la consommation, admission temporaire, etc… | | The
goods are unloaded with the Service authorization and, after numbering of packets by the
customs inspector, routed towards the storeroom of Air Afrique. The packets must stay in
this storeroom as long as that they didn't receive their definitive destination : permit
on consumption, temporary admission, etc… |
| L'agent
d'Air Afrique ne peut délivrer les colis qu'au vu d'un "Bon à enlever" du Service des
Douanes. Les vivres frais peuvent être remis au destinataire à l'aérodrome, sous réserve
que celui-ci ait souscrit au titre général l'engagement de déposer la déclaration de mise
à la consommation dans un délai de 48 heures. | | The

| Un
manifeste des marchandises à la sortie doit être remis au vérificateur des douanes qui le
signe après avoir fait procéder à l'identification des colis. | | A
manifest of cargo on departure must be appointed to the customs inspector that signs it

| Un
exemplaire de chaque déclaration d'exploitation doit être joint au manifeste, ainsi que
les LTA et les factures ou autres documents d'expédition. | | One
